Hi! I am Danielle and I am the owner of The Dutcher Aesthetic. My journey started with having acne myself, which lead me to having a holistic approach to skin revision. I want to provide an environment to promote well-being and to build relationships with my clients to give them the highest quality of service they deserve. Cancellation Policy
I work hard to accommodate, but sometimes it just isn’t possible. More than 10 minutes late constitutes as a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service cost as I cannot fulfill your service at that point. Please be courteous to others and arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. For your convenience, all appointment cancelled 48 hour prior will be free of charge. Less than 48 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the service cost. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in full. I respect your time, and I kindly ask that you respect mine in return. When you no-show your appointment, I am unable to fill that space and consequently lose time and money. No-show appointment will also result in a fee of 100% of the service cost. If you cancel/reschedule/no-show 3 times or more in a row, you will no longer be able to book at The Dutcher Aesthetic.
